The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI apps call external tools. Kiln is a server that exposes your support inbox as eight typed tools that any MCP client can use.

No. The only reply tool is draft_reply, which saves a draft on the ticket. A person on your team always presses send.

With npx or Docker, Kiln runs on your machine and talks straight to your help desk. The Cloud plan proxies calls and keeps a 30-day audit log of tool calls, never message bodies.
